An often overlooked, but key aspect of the selling process is receiving an accurate property evaluation. As your real estate agent it is my responsibility to ensure a proper evaluation on your home. As a seller you need to have an accurate idea of your home's value in order to strategically plan your home's price as your property enters the real estate market. Understanding your property's value is essential in the real estate market because it will allow for you to make the neccessary improvements on your property before entering the market, ensuring the best deal for you.

 Properly pricing your listing is crucial in the home selling process. Of course, pricing to low will cause you to lose out on cash in your pocket. And on the other end, pricing too high can cause your home to sit on the marekt for too long ultimately leading to price reductions and low ball offers. I will work with you to ensure we find the proper price by properly evaluating your home and using a comparable market analysis.
